Orcas Island Vacation Homes - ALWAYS at least 10% less than the Airbnb/VRBO price

We had a lovely stay! Our kids (2, 5 & 6) loved the playroom and outside play space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable and rooms were just as pictured. This is a great area in the island, as well - close to Moran State Park and Eastsound. Highly recommend a stay here - especially for those traveling with kids.

We had an incredible time! Sunset while eating dinner on the deck was an unexpected bonus. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy; we had an excellent stay. Lawrence communicated well and it was a great location. I highly recommend this house for your next island vaca.

We absolutely loved this gorgeous house, with its beautiful view, tasteful decor, thoughtful touches, and you can't beat a hot tub! The location was great too, just a couple of minutes from town. This was perfect for our girls' trip, and my friends it was the nicest AirBnb they've ever stayed at! 5 stars, highly recommend!

Lawrence was a fantastic host. Very responsive, clear expectations, quick to respond. The property was beautiful, clean, as described and with lots to do. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay here with 6 adults & 2 babies! We really appreciated how the space was so relaxing with a great view, while also being incredibly close to town. Best of both worlds! The hosts were incredible and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again – thank you!

The view is beautiful, the home welcoming and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed for everyone to have their own space and shared space was great for all. The hot tub on the deck and the fire pit took the trip from good to great. Lawrence was a great host, even helping us to get back a small bag that was left behind. I will for sure rent this home again!!

This was our third time staying in this townhouse. The location can’t be beat and it’s just the right size for our family. We love the place but there are a few areas of improvement. We do notice it’s starting to look a little more worn out, and we also wish the blinds would cover the top parts of the windows in the bedroom so we can sleep more in the dark.

Beautiful, inside and out. It is the perfect vacation spot and Lawrence's home made it even better. My friends and I enjoyed sitting outside on the deck as much as we enjoyed sightseeing! Really fun watching the kingfishers, river otters, deer and seaplanes. All three of us commented on how comfy the beds were and the bedding and towels were so clean and cozy!

The Rosario resort estate and Moran State park is just beautiful. The Airbnb was a gift and wonderfully laid out. Bedrooms are on opposite sides with the shared living room in the middle. Each room has a view of the water and the space is well appointed and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable! I have allergies, grew up with eczema, and therefore a very picky sleeper regarding textures and materials on my body - I could tell Larry was very thoughtful about everything, including the check-in process and putting together an Airbnb manual with personal recommendations for restaurants and activities. Will visit again!

We would definitely love to stay at Lawrence’s lovely cabin again on our next visit to Orcas. Secluded from neighbors in a quiet neighborhood the house is situated in an ideal location close to shops, market & restaurants on N Beach street in Eastsound and Moran State Park. The kitchen is well stocked and communication with the host was always pleasant. Mattresses very comfortable and the sleeping arrangement was perfect for our family of four (two young kids).
